We're searching for a passionate SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for our clients and contribute to our mission of providing top-tier digital services. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for the research, implementation, and analysis of SEO tasks as directed by the SEO Manager. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate within our multi-disciplinary teams while demonstrating technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for new content and optimize existing pages, analyzing search volume, competition, and user intent
Assist in developing content strategies that align with client goals and drive organic traffic growth
Implement on-page optimizations including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content structure
Conduct technical SEO audits and fixes, including managing 301 redirects, identifying and resolving 404 errors, and ensuring optimal site speed and site structure
Resolve technical SEO issues leveraging various tools and platforms to optimize website performance
Utilize SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) to perform comprehensive website audits and competitor analysis
Evaluate backlinks, analyze content gaps, and monitor competitor keyword rankings
Drive organic traffic through competition analysis, content optimization, link building, and other cutting-edge SEO strategies
Analyze large datasets from Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Monitor, analyze, and report on traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions with an ROI-focused mindset
Generate reports that summarize performance and highlight key insights
Maintain project reports and spreadsheets and meet contractual deliverables for client accounts
Collaborate with various departments, including Web Design, PPC, and Social Media, to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies
Work within a team, taking direction from the SEO Manager while contributing your own ideas and insights
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments
Test and evaluate new software, tools, techniques, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Provide insights and feedback for continuous improvement in our processes and service offerings
Solid understanding of core SEO concepts including redirects, 404 errors, page speed optimization, and site structure
Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Ability to navigate and extract meaningful data from SEO platforms
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms (preferred)
Ability to meticulously analyze large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies
Proficiency in using spreadsheets to sort and filter thousands of rows of data to pinpoint specific information
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Understanding of broader SEO strategy and how individual pages or keywords fit into overall site structure
Ability to grasp how SEO initiatives contribute to client business goals
ROI-focused approach to SEO initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to clients and team members
Team-player mindset with a positive attitude, demonstrating adaptability and initiative
Relevant agency SEO experience (preferred)
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
