Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be responsible for nurturing strong relationships, coordinating project deliverables with our internal team, and ensuring our clients’ goals are met.

We’re open to candidates at different experience levels. You’ll receive mentorship and support, with clear pathways to grow into senior account management and leadership roles.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, client-focused, and hungry to build a career in digital marketing account management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support

  • Coordinate project tasks internally to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Monitor digital marketing campaigns and gather key performance metrics

  • Assist with client onboarding and goal-setting processes

  • Prepare and present regular client reports and insights

  • Document client updates, project progress, and deliverables in our internal systems

  • Collaborate with our internal teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize campaigns

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that would benefit the client

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 – 5+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, client services, or a related role (agency experience is a plus but not required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Client-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing space

  • Comfortable using (or willing to learn) tools like ClickUp, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and reporting dashboards

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
