As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be responsible for nurturing strong relationships, coordinating project deliverables with our internal team, and ensuring our clients’ goals are met. We’re open to candidates at different experience levels. You’ll receive mentorship and support, with clear pathways to grow into senior account management and leadership roles.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, client-focused, and hungry to build a career in digital marketing account management.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
A living Success Plan for every account, including goals, KPIs, roadmap, risks, and 90-day outcomes always current
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client calls with agendas sent in advance and recaps out within 24 hours
Monthly Campaign reports framed as a story: result → insight → recommended action → expected impact
QA on client-facing deliverables
Cross-functional coordination across SEO, Paid, Web, and Content teams
Proactive identification of upsell/expansion opportunities
Issue ownership. You don't let problems sit, and you close the loop with both the client and internal teams
Fluent, professional spoken and written English. This is the primary requirement for this role and is non-negotiable
Proven track record of client retention and managing multi-stakeholder relationships remotely
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Strong organizational skills: nothing slips through the cracks
Comfortable owning difficult conversations: missed deadlines, scope changes, underperformance
Meticulous attention to detail: you QA your own work before it reaches anyone else
Prior experience with account management or client success for a digital marketing agency
Experience serving home service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Search Console, or CallRail/WhatConverts
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Familiarity with HighLevel or marketing automation platforms
Starting salary from $40,000+, based on experience
